i have just completed mine Computer Science course and along with the Computer Science i have learned HTML5/CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP and also i am fairly comfortable with Python, Java, and C. now i am looking for to create the web site design and now i need to how we can improve our web skills and which language should be better to create and handle web site. thanks in advance...

as you said that which language is better and if i compare with the php vs asp and here i would choose the PHP because php in my view has no weakness, are all good points. has much more support (the entire GNU community) has much more documentation, has many more add-ons and along with this does not stress the memory of the server, is very light, speaking in Technical Terms. ASP is simply overpriced (Microsoft), most of the documentation is expensive, is limited to an operating system, Visual Studio have to install other Microsoft products to run. It take much memory and processor to run it decently, is very heavy application.
