Facebook Message Spam

Hello friends,

Today, When I logged on facebook, I saw message called facebook securify, I am unsure what kind of message is this, Before I continue I just wanted to know waht kind of message was been send by facebook to users. Many times I have noticed unwanted message in my facebook inbox. But this message have different URLs which are actually not pointing to facebook URls @ all. Can you please help me or guide are this message harmful to click or not ?

Thanks for the reply, I simply don't understand why facebook cannot protect all this kind of spam message, if we click on it our accounts get hacked. Facebook being super site as of now in social networking they are just trying to avoid things, cannot protect there users to get their accounts hacked.
