Some European countries Valve Store is still unavailable

I have notice that for some of the European countries valve is not yet available and I simply don’t understand that why it is so I have even contacted the support team but them refuse to give any solution regarding this matter so it’s time for us to make an appeal to them by signing the petition. so I request all our European fellow countrymen just write "subscribe” in your reply who are in favor of this I will really appreciate this and if you like just mention what country you are from that would be great to see we require your support Please sign now.

Thank you very much for your effort

I am not specialist in this matter but I think steam store cannot trade the games in some countries due to the laws of those countries Steam / Valve holds back It is not Valve's to make a judgment on this whether not to sell in these the countries

Ok I was not cleared before and that my bad the thread is not for Steam Store which is the place you can buy games. It is about games retail shop called Valve Store which is focused on selling T-shirts, stickers, posters, toys, etc...

So I request you all of you that Please do not puzzle these two. They are different things, they have distinct links, they sell different goods and sadly they choose their customers apathetically. So bottom line It is NOT Steam Store and concerning games. It is Valve Store and concerning T-Shirts, stickers, posters etc...

We have no problems buying games. Sorry I was not clear before

The major trouble with the Valve store is that the shipping expenses is lot and I believe they also add additional taxes if you take delivery of your item inside Europe. Why don't just look out for a third party vendor who imported some of that merchandise there’s ample of those over here in Europe. And also international websites like the Electronic Sports League sell official Valve merchandise.

The really is that Valve prefer not to transport at all to these countries . as a result, it is incorrect to say that delivery cost is high. I know by the way how you got that high shipping cost thingy It was likely to order stuff online from Valve store worldwide many years ago. Until one day they determined to change their system and condensed their reach so country list reduce radically. I still have my old address under Valve Store`s account, which is at the present is invalid and request me to change my country of residence.

Secondly duties are not levy by Valve, but Tax and Customs Board and this is ordinary to all goods which come from outside EU. So this is not a topic here.

I'm well responsive of the fact that duty is not added by Valve. But those taxes typically just make buying from the Valve Store pretty darn costly. That's why I was telling, that you just search out for a good third party reseller in Europe or your home country. There are ample of them and you'll find about all of Valve's merchandise for reasonable prices.

I am familiar with these third parties they are copycats and I do not care about. Ok, I had bought a descent Cake is a lie T-shirt from of good reputation web site once. excellence item, from United States, paid all taxes and I'm happy. My trouble is not that I desire to get something cheap, or substitute, or keep away from taxes. I know to allow myself to buy unusual Valve merchandise. And it makes me sad that I was barred from opportunity to buy gorgeous signed Valve`s Half-Life 2 lithograph, when folks in Finland and neighbors from Sweden could as well. This geological restriction does not make any sense to me.

And no, I would not go and print incredible similar out from my color inkjet and fake artist`s and Gabe Newell`s signature.
