H&R Block TaxCut String ID missing?

I have a income tax file stored on a 3.5" floppy that I stored off of H&R Block TaxCut software after completing it last April. I had to reload the 2009 HRBlock software since I lost it when reloading my operating system about 4 months ago. When I tried extracting the saved file off of the floppy, it tells me that a "string id 122952 was not found in pool". What is that and is there any way to recover that file? HRBlock was of no help except to apologize. Thank you.

This is related to error regarding missing data files. You have to re-install the software first. Do not forget to copy the files from floppy to other location safely. If you are not able copy the same they try some other software to recover your floppy data. It can be issue due to corrupt system file of the software or the data. There are some recovery software that can extract data from the floppy. It is recommended to create multiple backups of important data.
