The information about the financial terms that I have is mainly applied in different companies with some conditions. It depends on their accounting policies. In different countries the financial terms are always different. These are also depends on the country policies. This is nothing but some of the condition those are used for making finance in the different organizations. This is designed with the general rules for the non-financial business a person, for the growth of a company is also depend so the financial conditions which is allied to the policies. By the balance sheet the profit and the loss will be decided, also the cash flow of the company is monitored. By this sheet the company will go for the further making any payment to the market. The balance sheet is known as the snapshot of the original condition of the organization.
