Wrong Date appearing on Google Privacy Policies, lol

Did anyone check out the Privacy Center page here - http://www.google.com/intl/en/privacy_faq_2010.html

The page is showing Privacy Policies Update – October 3, 2010 where else today it is September 9 2010.

When do these updates go into effect?
These updates will go into effect October 3, 2010, 30 days after first being announced. Until that time, all products and services will continue to be governed by the current version of the privacy policies.

But I believe today it is not Oct 3? lol

Well the Google privacy policy will must be updated on the coming date which is mentioned. I mean as mentioned by you that 3 October then it must be the featured date when the product will be launched. I hope that this will help you get the Idea.
