Fund Transfer from Union Bank of India

Union Bank of India is the worst bank i have ever come across. The Fund Transfer is not working from almost 20 days (it's 8th oct'09 today).
They are not able to fix the problem from so many days, must be having very poor software development & maintenence team!!!
Does anybody know to which software company UBI outsource its system development ?
I am sure it is going to cost UBI loss of business worth crores.
Many people are going to pull their account out after this pityful event.

Well, to be true, i never had any such experience with Union bank. I think you must talk to the branch Manager
