I use wifi often in My G1 and i use to call on average basis and now i noticed battery life slumps with in 3 hours.

yu know whtt the device needs much power to get the wifi signals and rest of it process...
so it is fact wifi eat yur battery harder ....but yu mentioned about 3hrs huh??..that's bizarre

heyy buddy are yu getting sufficient signal from your service provider...
where is your flat located ?? far from the transmitter??poor signal sucks your battery life

One of my friend faced same situation and now i remember that he made an strange attempt
he allowed to charge the battery to 100% and left if it active until it completely die...did it twice ...and then onwards battery life is just like an miracle happened... some tymes it mite work with ur battery
