Sorry, there is no way that Arnold is working in this movie. Others that are casting in this movie are Christian Bale, Sam Worthington, Anton Yelchin, Moon Bloodgood, Bryce Dallas Howard, Common, Jane Alexander, Helena Bonham Carter. However, according to some sources Arnold Might Still Show Up in Terminator Salvation.

McG is planning on using CGI to replace the face of actor Roland Kickinger with Arnold's face. So Arnold will return in Terminator Salvation after all?

But however it can be a rumor and one will only know if Arnold is making just an appearance in Terminator Salvation.
