    pc and mac

    Hi frnds,
    I would like to know about any software which provides remote control of pc and mac.I am not very tech savvy so it shud be easy to use and relaible.

    I have been searching for the same solution for me some days back. I don't really needed a PC an MAC supported software but one of my client was using MAC. So, i just wanted to share same software with all my clients.

    I am using RHUBCOM remote support appliance and the results are great. They use turbomeet software that is very easy to use and you not need to send the login id's and password's to other members. I found the system very secure and easy to use.
