Computer Freezing when using Facebook

Hi

I am using Windows XP and all of a sudden when using facebook after approx 5 mins my computer freezes

Any ideas on how to fix this please.

could be a virus, scan with anti virus software or post a hjt log in networking & security section.

Thanks for your reply. I have run anti virus software and it has come up with no virus. ?????? I'm lost for other things to try ??

In most cases it is your Registry being flooded with backup files that you don't need. Try a registry cleaner to see if that helps!
