Shell32.dll Missing Entry Error?

Hello

I just formatted the laptop because of trojans and spyware and malware and worms and iv only used this computer for today i installed game from the internet, and i suddenly get a message saying quote" Error in shell32.dll(next line)Missing entry:control_rundll"

it comes up when i right click the desktop and click on porperties and also its preventing me from entering my hardisks directorys or usb, it just comes up with the same message if i double click on c disk but i can still open up admins documents and shared documents. the internet isn't affected and neither do the other programs seems to be effected.

Can some one help me out from this ?

click start -> run and type msconfig then select the startup tab and list what appears

i cant write everything. i could find a way to fit everything in its just that it ll look unorganized thats all. I also tried to restart quickly change my desktop background and i managed to change it.

Download AVG anti-virus and AVG Anti-Spyware from http://free.grisoft.com/ then run a scan from each one in turn and hopefully it should remove anything nasty from your PC. click start -> run -> type cmd -> In the DOS box that appears type chkdsk c: /r -> type y for yes I would like check disk to run next time the system has been restarted. Then restart your PC and let the check disk run.
