Receiving and Sent Traffic in Network

I would like to check who's consuming the bandwidth of the Network (downloading and uploading) in Work-group Network.

    Thanks

For that you have to use a third party lan monitor software. You will get IP based details. Every pc has a unique IP and the download can be monitored through that. Before that I will recommend you to add static IP to each of your pc. If it is on automatic then the IP will change and you wont be able to trace. You can try Traffic & Bandwidth Monitoring tool by ManageEngine. This tool give you user based download details.
