How to migrate server settings to new server?

Our small network server is out of memory. We got a new Dell poweredge R310 to replace our T610. Both servers are running Windows server 8 the R310 also has the R2 capability. I was wondering if there was an easy way to configure the settings and network map up on the new server so that the old server can be removed from the network and have a "seamless" transition to the new "bigger" server.

Re: How to migrate server settings to new server?

Windows Server Migration Tools, available as a feature in Windows Server 2012, allows an administrator to migrate some server roles, features, operating system settings, shares, and other data from computers that are running certain editions of Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2008 R2, or Windows Server 2012 to computers that are running Windows Server 2012.
