Can’t update Norton Internet Security to 19.7.1

Hi, am using Norton internet security in my laptop with windows 7 64bit operating system. I am facing a problem in updating the antivirus. I am using the Norton internet security 19.7.0.1 and when I am trying to update the antivirus it is not getting updated. But i can see on web that v19.7.1 is available for Norton.

Can anybody help me in updating the antivirus so that I can protect my computer from the upcoming viruses. How do I update the antivirus?

I think that you have downloaded the wrong update file for updating the antivirus. I recommend you to download the correct file from the official website of the Norton internet security. Go to the website and then download the latest update form there. After downloading the update for the antivirus try updating the antivirus and check for the problem. This solution solved my problem and I think that it will solve yours also.
