Norton Antivirus 2012 Expired even after having 200 days remaining

I brought a Norton internet security 2012 couple of months ago. It is working fine. Yesterday i found a message in its popup saying important updates are available for your virus database. Hence, I download those updates and installed it on my computer. But as soon the update completed i was shocked to see Norton saying that my Antivirus subscription is expired I am still having around 200 days left to expire the Antivirus subscription.

I even restarted my computer many times but still the same problem. I Re entered the subscription code but still it says my subscription is expired. Anyone have any idea about this problem then please let me know.

I am also using Norton Internet security 2012, update dit many times byt dint faced any such problem. Well in such case i think you better talk to norton guys directly on live chat. They will just confirm your identity and product key by asking some questions. You live chat with those people here.

Thank you QUENBY for your instant reply. I talked to Norton support about this and now my problem is solved. This problem was actually occurred because of confusion in between old Norton key and new Norton key. Thank you once again buddy for your reply and time.
