    SBS 2008 Cannot see roles and features

    I am having a strange issue with a SBS 2008.

    I get the error message in server manager with error code 0x800706BE.

    I ran the readiness tool from this article:

    kb/2461206 (sorry, it wont let me post the link)

    however here are the results:

    There error appears because some of the files in Windows server is corrupted and you will need to restore it. To fix this there is a tool that can help you. Download System Update Readiness Tool. I had provided the link below which has download for this tool on base of different operating system. By installing this tool, it will resolve a number of windows update errors in your system.
