Slow internet connectivity on wifi

I have my neighbor s key code and i can connect to it, but its too slow when i load a page sometimes it connects but sometimes it takes for ever. I can access to the router settings , its not secured.

I can access everything.how can i make it fast? Connectivity is excellent but sometimes it shows no internet access and but when connects, its too slow.

First we have to see that our device is 802.11n compatible or not. And also check is there is nothing wrong with the router. Also check that their is no problem regarding any local hardware handyman sometimes connection may be itself. Hence we have to try upgrading it to may 100Mbps.
