See i have not found out a couple of Free permanent online storage service but then i have found one and that is "Shanda Note" which is cloud storage and file sharing service and it is said to be a free permanent online platform for users for saving their memos, documents, storage data etc. just check it out and see if that's what you are looking for.

There are some free online storage solutions that you can check out and they are Adrive ,Box.net,Xdrive,DropBoks,Clip2Net,Drop.io, just check them out and see if you are finding any of them to be satisfying your need or not.
