Netgear GSM7248 and GS724TP switches do not communicate each other

Few days ago I have configured one GSM7248 and two GS724 switches over my network. Right now The GSM7248 is working but other two smart switches do not work and does not detect the network when directly plugged in. The strange thing is both GS724 switches connect to the GSM7248 on ports 41 and 43. The web interface displaying traffic through the ports. Why doesn’t it talk to other switches?

• Disconnect all connections between the two switches.
• Configure the switches individually, and put them first back to the factory settings.
