How to setup IP Filter & MAC filter on Huawei MT841?

I have a computer at home and I am using it from 3 years the thing is that I am not good with the technical part of the system. The main problem with me is that I want mac filter as well as IP filter in huawei MT841. I need to limit my user on my network according to time and week day. Can someone provide with a helping hand?

See if you need to restrict the internet access for the particular interval of time then you have to select the IP filter setting which is present in your modem then there is a filter section given you have an option there itself for these problem. You can enable the filters and put the mac address then your router will not allow router to access internet.
