How to delete temp file in window 7?

Hello Everyone,
I'm a naive user in computer operating and I'm facing a problem, actually I want to delete temp, cookies file but I have no idea about this how do it. Please give me appropriate answer. If any third party tool is availble, that will be more helpful for me.

There are many such software to delete tem file in windows 7 such as the CCleaner cleaning utility that does a very good job, but if you prefer to manually erase these files, start Disk Cleanup Windows built-in utility and follow instructions. And if you want to delete temp files of internet browsers then simply go to your browser's tools and options menu and choose delete private data.

Hi JeetVerma,
There are two ways to delete temp file in window 7, first one is Use inbuilt feature of window and second one is Use third party tool.
To use window inbuilt tool, press Window Key + R and type temp in box and click button 'Ok', all temp file will be display in screen where you could delete these files.
You have also an option to use third party tool, there are lots of tool in market which cleans your PC. Some famous tool CCleaner, MindStick Cleaner etc.
I had used MindStick Cleaner, it is a freeware tool so you can download and use it efficiently.
