Whole Home Filtering feature of AVG Family Safety is Not Working

I have been using AVG Family Safety and I was also using the Whole Home Filtering but then now I am surprised to see that it is not working, even though I have set it up correctly on my router for all the devices and they are protected as well, other than this I have also disabled the router in order to get the correct DNS settings and even after that the Whole Home Filtering feature is not working, is there anyone who can help??

I will suggest to try enabling the "Whole Home Filtering" again and while doing so just make sure that during this the computer is connected via the router which you are willing to add in the "Whole Home Filtering", just try it out and then let me know if it is making any difference.

I have tried out the same and now the router is filtering all websites from the connected device, I am not getting any error message as well which I used to get while visiting a blocked site but then I am getting a splash screen with the warning message saying that the site is blocked, is there something I can do about it?? Any further help for the same will be appreciated.
