HP Procurve 5412zl reboots after every hour

I have recently bought HP Procurve 5412zl and I have found that it keeps rebooting itself after every 1 hour , before it happens the CPU goes to 100% and when I make a ping then it takes more than 2 seconds and after that it reboots, It is running on Software revision : K.15.02.0005, is there anyone who has faced the same and has an idea about it??

Before I suggest you something about this I wanted to know have you made a note of the crash information, if not then make a note of the same and post it here so I can have a better idea of the issue that you are having. Other than this let me know the solutions that you have tried so far so that I don’t suggest you the same.

Yes, I have note down the crash information and it says the following:

NMI event HW:IP=0x01174330 MSR:0x02029200
cr: 0x20000000 sp:0x0300f120 xer:0x00000
Task='VxServer' Task ID=0xaad1000
The switch is currently unused, so has minimal modules installed and almost no config!

Any further help for the same will be appreciated.

I think that you should better update to new K.15.06.0008 and check out if that is helping or not, it seems like a bug to me in Software revision : K.15.02.0005, just try it out and then let me know if the issue is still there.
