Download area in Panda global Protection 2012 is grayed out

I have recently downloaded and have installed Panda global Protection 2012 on my computer running on windows xp and I did not had any issues in installing it but then I have found that the Downloads area in Panda global Protection 2012 is grayed out, I don’t think that I had missed anything during the installation is there anyone who has faced the same and has an idea in solving it out??
