Getting Panda Internet Security 2012 runtime error

I am looking for a hotfix to solve out the Internet Security 2012 re Runtime Error TPSrv.exe. I have checked out for the hotfix on the Panda website but then I am not able to get the same, in my case I am having running windows xp and I am having Panda Internet Security 2012 version 17.01., is there anyone who can help me out??
