Interface of Panda Internet Security 2012 is not showing up

I am using Lenovo laptop and I have windows 7 operating system in my laptop. In my laptop I am facing problem with Panda Internet Security 2012. Whenever I try to launch Panda Internet Security 2012 in my laptop at that time I cannot see interface of the Panda Internet Security 2012. What should I do to solve this problem?

Well according to me you have to first open control panel and then go to the uninstall programs option. Now after opening the uninstall programs you have to check look for the panda security and then you have to see whether there is a option for repair installation or not. if there is a option for the repair installation then you should repair it and then check whether it makes any difference or not.

I am ware of this problem and I will suggest you to download this HOT fix and DOWNLOAD and after downloading the Hotfix in your laptop you have to run it and after running that you have to check whether you are able to get interface or not.

Yes I was also getting same problem with PANDA first tried to start the program from its directory but that does not help me to solve this problem and after that I have also try to solve this problem by running the Hotfix and after running the Hotfix when I restart the laptop at that time my problem get solved.

I have run Hotfix in my laptop and after that when I restart my laptop at that time also I get same problem. Now after that i have also tried to solve this problem by reinstalling the Panda Internet Security 2012 in my laptop and after reinstalling that also problem does not get solved.

Now please tell me what I should do to solve this problem.

If above solution does not help you to solve this problem then I will suggest you to first uncheck all the start up items except Panda related and then you have to restart your laptop. Now after restarting the laptop you have to check whether you are able to see interface of the Panda Internet Security 2012 or not. if you are able to see interface then it means any other start program in your laptop is causing this problem. if you need any more help regarding this then let me know.

If you want to disable start up items in your laptop then you have to follow these steps.

• Open start menu.
• After that you have to type msconfig in start menu search box.
• Now you have to click on start-up tab.
• Now uncheck startup items except PANDA related.
• Click on OK.
• Restart laptop.
