Spyware/hack Problem...

For last 5 days Im facing a pop up problem with internet explorer. It automatically tries connect to random webpages and something like "clickall....."

Although my pc doestnt allow it to get executed but gives me annoying errors and im not getting that how to resolve this problem..

OS :windows 7 home premium 64 bit
antivirus :MSE
