Safe Run is missing from trial version of Kaspersky Internet Security 2012(12.0.0.374 )

I have using the trial of KIS version 12.0.0.374 and I have not installed it over any previous version, I have just made a new install and the problem that I am having is that the Safe Run is missing and I am not able to find it on the web or Safe Run for applications, it is not in the start menu and there are no buttons at the bottom as well, is there anyone who has an idea about the same??

Before I suggest you something, I just wanted to know that can you click on the right arrow or not??

Yes I am able to click on the arrow that you have pointed and I am not having any problem in scrolling through the applications but then I am not able to find out "safe run" anywhere not an instance of the same, I just have to following options:

• Scan
• Update
• Parental Control
• Tools
• Applications Activity
• Network Monitor
• Virtual Keyboard
• Quarantine

I don’t know where the safe run option is.

Ok, I just wanted to know that which is the operating system in your case, other than this just download the GetSystemInfo tool and then run the same and then follow you will get a log report in the clipboard with the default settings so just add the same link here and make sure that you are hyper linking it as well.

I have checked out the log and I have found that it is showing that you are having 64X processor but then I don’t think that why are you facing such problem, I mean I did not found anything to be suspicious in the gsi log which might be causing the issue, I will suggest you to just try to use the below removal tool and see if it is helping or not:
