Getting directory not found error 425 on FileZilla Server

hello i have windows XP with the Filezilla Client and other windows XP system with the Filezilla Server. both the networks are connected through the internet and there are two router for forwarding on both the side. recently i have created the user groups on server and after that i am not able to contents transferred, while doing this i have got the error message saying that:"directory not found error 425". now i dont what to do and how to solve this issue, now i get this error message in all folder whee try to transfer content, can anyone suggest on this issue and so that i can solve mine issue.

This could happen when your Passive port range blocked or your router port not remapping, for further information on this you can provide the log file and so that we can analyze your problem correctly. how large port range you have forwarded to transfers and when director listing you should perform the transfer within the 4 minutes.

I have used the small range of 5 ports only or i will try more. According to me i think you have issue with the router since you have lots of ports on other side for forward and routers always limit this. Secondly this also due to the lack of port range due to NAT/PAT. so make sure all this and then let me know.

Restart won't help as this issue is inherent to TCP. but while doing this your able to re-use a given socket(-pair), you must wait for the sockets to leave the various WAIT status after closing them. as the networking stack on operating system and restarting program won't do the trick.
