Bitdefender Antivirus V10 not working after update.

I am using BitDefender v10 plus with license key. This works fine for me. My operating system is Microsoft Windows XP SP3. I check for updates. New updates was available for my BitDefender v10 plus. So I download the updates from internet and installed it. After installing this updates my BitDefender v10 plus died. What can be the solution? Please help.

I am also having similar problem; my automatic updates was selected. So my BitDefender v10 plus updated automatically before one day. When I restart my computer the Icon of BitDefender was missing from the tray. When I right click on a file or folder to scan then it gives the message “Files are altered need to re-install” I am not able to figure out a way. Can someone please help? My operating system is Microsoft Windows 7 (SP1).

If you are suffering from BitDefender v10 plus then I recommend you to use Bitdefender 2012 this works better compare to BitDefender v10 plus. You can download this software from here:-
