DHCP server won't start error 1068

I had Antivirus 2012. After using several scanners and following several websites directions I was able to clean my system. After the infection was cleared I was no longer able to connect to the internet using dhcp. I can enter static information into my connection and am able to connect. The dhcp service on my computer is stopped and when I try to start it I get an error 1068. I believe that it is because of NetIO legacy TDI support driver but I have no idea how to reinstall it.

Just type netsh winsock reset catalog within the command prompt and hit enter. After the command completed with its work then you can restart your system. Just try with this and let me know if this was helpful to you or not
