Download via torrents while Subscribe to a VPN service

anyone have any idea about this? i am here bit confused. if suppose i Subscribe to a VPN service, so is it possible to download via torrents, as i stated in my title? and is it possible to download eg Relakks from Torrent? please if anyone has any idea about my this question than please provide me.

how do I know whether uTorrent now uses the VPN connection, or if it continues using my normal LAN connection? and what happens when a display is made against me, I always invite torrent with vpn? Relakks must disclose to my data?

If you are connected to Relakks, the entire traffic is running on their servers (as well as that of the BitTorrent client): That's the difference between a proxy server that the individual application are not yet configured for the proxy needs. To your second question: According to the company Relakks publishes no data on foreign requests. For domestic only if a crime was planned, with the threat of a prison sentence of at least two years.

when I look at my streams from CBS, this is actually also traffic that would have to go through my real ip. otherwise I could not even watch the videos (on cbs you have one ami-ip have to look online to series of consequences). I always go over there and the NEN proxy works. if not I do, is ne message that I would not be entitled to see it. So I do not understand why there should be different with youtube. I know how to work vpn, but as far as I know what does Relakks need for other things. I therefore use cyber ghost, but I'm not really satisfied.
