To solve this issue i would like to suggest you to disable the system restore on your system and after that you can solve your issue. i would also suggest you to try to delete the all files related to c:\Windows\svchost.exe (Trojan.Agent) manually and after that reboot the system.

Just go through the below steps to remove the c:\Windows\svchost.exe (Trojan.Agent) virus. to do this make click on the start icon and after that make click on the run. now on the run type: cmd and after that make click on the ok button. now you will get the command prompt and under that type the below command and press enter after every command:
Quote:
C:\Windows\System" or "C:\Windows\System 32
attrib -h -r -s scvhost.exe
attrib -h -r -s blastclnnn.exe
attrib -h -r -s autorun.inf
del scvhost.exe
del blastclnnn.exe
del autorun.ini
cd\
attrib -h -r -s autorun.inf
"del "autorun.inf"
once you finished this and then reboot the system.
