    hi! every body! please help i m interested to know HOW to check in the network my client cmos (cell) has expire or died from admin end.if the pc is on Domain .

    Hi! every one i have an question i m network administrator in the university and i have 800 workstations it very difficult for me to check each computer one by one its cell has expire or not. i m interested to know how i can check from Domain controller / or admin end my that computer cell has died .so i can easily go there and replace it all computer are on domain. kindly reply i will be great ful to u.........

    I think that you have to use a multi-meter to test the DC power of the battery and it should be near 3 Volts DC. However, it wouldn't be delayed it would completely reset. When you turn your computer off and turn it on again the next day the Date and time would be some Jan 1 2011 or something like that.
