ESET NOD32 Antivirus 5 installation aborted by AVG System Tuneup

Hello friends, I was doing the remote installation and while doing that, I found that I was not able to download the ESET live installer. It was just showing me the error as "cannot download the file". I have installed the AVG system tune-up 2011 on my computer and I think that this is blocking the access for the ESET servers and leads to quite the program. Friends, Please help me with this. Thank you so much in advance.

If you are using the older AVG System Tuneup then this could be the reason for this problem and to get out of this issue you will have to update the AVG System Tuneup before installing the antivirus and that will solve the problem for you.

There might be some problem with the browser that you are using to download the installer. If you want then you can try with some other browser and see if you are getting the same error message with other browsers as well. If the problem is with the browser then changing the browser will surely help you.

I was also having the similar problem but not with the download. I have downloaded that without any problem but after download when I started the installation then this gives me a error as “Installation Failed”. Please help us.

Are you running some other antivirus in your computer? If yes then that could be the culprit for this. That can be aborting the installation of the ESET NOD32 Antivirus 5 in your computer and if that is the case, then I would like to suggest you to first uninstall the existing one from your computer and then install the new one that is ESET NOD32 Antivirus 5. I hope that this will solve the problem for you.

Redownload the setup of this and then install this from the newly downloaded setup and see if that shows you the same problem again.

Are you the admin of the system? If yes then there might be some other problem with this but if you are not the admin of the system then this is because you hare not having proper privilege to install that. So ask your admin to provide you the authority to do the same.
