Avast antivirus will be for Android

I really don?t know whether it has been covered or not. So far I have done some searches and couldn't discover no matter which substantive. Is there any idea to launch an Avast! Version in support of Android? The option of Antivirus software on the OS is extremely restricted currently, and I'd love to observe one from Avast!. I'd absolutely forfeit for it!

Re: Avast antivirus will be for Android

Chief technology of Avast , has announced to CNET that the company is preparing a new product for Android devices, particularly those open or root. Between 15 and 20 percent of Android, according Vlcek, are root - modified to enable superuser. As with the hacked iPhone, these devices can use more applications, beyond those approved at major retailers, and therefore at greater risk of malware infections. There are already safety applications for Android, but Avast hopes to win over users with its brand and location of the phone features such as parental or control, all in a free application.

To guard against these threats we need first of all a little 'common sense: avoid sites that are not official application for Android (or iPhone), more and download from the Android Market. Do not download suspicious applications, such as free games or clones that promise great things.

Re: Avast antivirus will be for Android

The manufacturer stipulates a security solution for Android, as the market share of Android has risen strongly and others too, since many users are working from a variety of reasons, with root privileges on their Android mobile phones (called in this case by a "rooted phone"). Some of the phones are also delivered been like that. The avast! Anroid security solution should fulfill the following functions:
  • The proven avast! Anti-virus Engine

Android version of Avast Antivirus will include access via VPN, or the ability to surf the Internet without security problems even on unsecured wireless connections. Also included will be a system file protection and privacy, both in terms of the messages that voice calls.

AVAST which is not often adhering to the promised release dates is, by now no longer a secret. But mostly, these are only a few months. The need to count on it just always. As always, you will learn right here but if there's news to it. I think the above new features are now already times even a small consolation for the long wait.
