Backup Software won't backup due to Avast Server Protection

I own a Server which is running 2003 server through Exchange 2003, by the use of CA Brightstire 11.0 to backup exchange. Just now installed build 4.1.154 on server in order to defend server. From the time when, every day backup is not capable to backup completely by messages "unable to read from database".
