How do you utilize your 5GHz band?

I want to ask all the Dual band router users what they connect to the 5GHz band? I cannot find many devices which is able to connect to that band. Therefore while the panorama of having detached bands seems appealing. So I want to ask that can somebody tell me that why I should use it? My expects were for Roku streaming otherwise through the blu-ray player, except Roku cannot utilize it and the player will only utilize it through Sony's wireless USB dongle, although the player contain built-in wireless.

You can make use of it for comparatively quick short-range wireless. Otherwise, there is no need for it. I only moved my sole 5GHz device a couple rooms apart from the wireless AP and that weakened the points sufficient that it was not enhanced as compared to the 2.4GHz band. I only turned the 5GHz off for the time.

I am using that with the super fast wireless and I am using that for this. I can say that 2.4 Ghz is really useless.

I am using that for some mobile devices which is having support for that in office (iPad, iPhone, some laptops) and this is because there is completely zero interference. The 2.4 GHz devices only get wired every time probable as there are sometimes as many as 40 dissimilar 2.4 GHz signals within the area and it's just not steady otherwise fast enough to accomplish something over basic web browsing.
