Suggestion for NAS File Server in a small business

We have the NAS File Server in a small business and I am in charge of this for one week as the IT guy is out. I want to get somewhat within the 1.5-2tb disk range which is mirrored probably stripped, not completely sure we require a RAID 5 configuration but I will really appreciate your opinions about this. What would be pleasant is to have a hotswap bay intended for our monthly hard disk offsite backups. Thank you so much in advance for reading and replying to this.
