cannot receive calls because of Kaspersky Mobile Security 9

Hi guys I am using HTC touch pro2 mobile phone and before some days I have installed Kaspersky Mobile Security 9 and after that I was not able to receive the call and because of that I have to disable the Kaspersky Mobile Security 9 in my mobile phone. what should I do to solve this issue?

I am aware of this problem and first I will suggest to try to solve this problem by reinstalling the Kaspersky Mobile Security 9 my mobile phone. uninstall the Kaspersky Mobile Security 9 from your mobile phone and after that you have to restart your mobile phone. now after restarting your HTC device you have to reinstall the Kaspersky Mobile Security 9 again and after that you have to check whetehr you are able to make recive the calls or not. i was getting the same problem and then I have tried the same solution and after reinstalling the Kaspersky Mobile Security 9 in my mobile phone my problem get solved.

you can try to solve this problem by downloading the latest version of the Kaspersky Mobile Security. Download the latest version of the Kaspersky Mobile Security and install in your device. and check what the result is. I hope in new version this problem will not be there.
