I Installed the DD-WRT firmware on my Linksys WRT54G2 v1 router but now the connection continues dropping. It's not stable, how do I roll back to the first Linksys firmware?

I think you should have downloaded the wrong programming. Probably you downloaded the wrong firmware index
Double click the tftp.exe document and click run:
For Server-Enter the IP Address of the router that you relegated. By default, the router is 192.168.1.1.
For Password-Enter the secret word you allotted the router. By default, the router's watchword is “admin”.
For File-Click the triple “…” button and skim for the .canister firmware index.
Click Upgrade button to begin upgrading. An advancement bar needs to appear to demonstrate the advancement.
Once the Upgrade is finished press and keeps the reset button for 30 seconds. Release the reset catch. Unplug the capacity link from your router, hold up for 30 seconds and re-interface the capacity link. Now re-design your router.
I attempted DD-WRT on my WRT54G2 V1 and had only pain with it. Wireless speed could drop to 1 Mps and stay there. Dropping the TX Power to 30 as some prescribed over on the DD-WRT discussions didn't act as the speed could inevitably drop to 1 Mps when a few moments. The connection above is the way to return back to the stock Linksys firmware.
