Getting false notification on Norton Internet Security 2012 beta

Hello I am working with the windows XP operating system and everything working fine and I have recently installed the Norton Internet Security 2012 beta antivirus son mine system. Last night working on the Norton management software I found that Norton management shows me offline although Norton Internet Security 2012 beta as online. Now I don’t how to to remove the false notification, can anyone suggest on this issue and so that I can solve mine issue.
