Internet explorer freezing due to Norton Internet Security 2012 beta

Hello I have installed the windows 7 operating system and I have also installed the internet explorer 9 on mine system. Everything was working fine without any issue and recently I have installed the Norton Internet Security 2012 beta antivirus on mine system and after installing the I am facing the issue with the internet explorer. After installing the Norton Internet Security 2012 beta mine internet explorer working very slow and every few minutes freezing, during this time I have also get the error message saying that:”internet explorer stooped working …………………”. Can anyone suggest on this issue and so that I can solve mine issue.

May be getting you getting this issue due to the Norton toolbar add-on and so therefore I would like to suggest you to disable the Norton toolbar add-on on internet explorer and after that let me know the issue, to disable the Norton toolbar add-on on internet explorer you need to go through the following steps: first open the internet explorer and after that make click on the tools and under that select the Manage Add-on. Now on the Manage Add-on make click on the Norton toolbar and after that select the disable and then restart the internet explorer and after that let me know the issue.

If above all solution not working to solve the issue and then think there something wrong your antivirus or browser and so therefore I would like to suggest you to make contact Norton support and after that go through your issue.

Even I have faced this same freezing issue on the internet explorer and after that I found that the main causes of the freezing is due to the lots of add-ons and after that I have uninstall add-ons and then I have solved mine issue and so I would like to suggest you to make uninstall the add-ons on your system and after that let me know the issue. If you’re not able to solve the issue now also then I think you might make reset the internet explorer or reinstall the internet explorer and then you can solve the issue. I would also suggest you to go through the same issue on the other \browser like firefox and opera and after that make sure your other browser are all freezing or not.

If above all solution won’t solve your issue and after that I would like to suggest you to make uninstall the Norton Internet Security 2012 beta and after that install it again and then you can solve your issue. Just uninstall the Norton Internet Security 2012 beta and after that reboot the system and then install it again.
