Backup for webserver

Hi

We have a web server with windows 2008 OS and Ms Sql database
It’s a dedicated server

Our hosting service provider has already configured automated backup for files and database and they store it on their backup server

We are able to access the backup server with a control panel only from the main server, not from a Local computer at our premises or any other computer

We need a backup of entire server in a computer that can be accessed by us anytime

How can we achieve this without disturbing the current backup that is being taken by hosting provider

Any suggestions will be highly appreciated

Anyhow to access your webserver files you will need the Admin access. There is an option by which you can configure an FTP backup service. You can configure that on tape drive or on a workstation. That will be proper. Tape driver services which comes with automated backup program. You have to just provide your logins and other things are carried out by the device itself.
