Bad image error while launching program or application

Hello I am using the windows XP operating system on mine laptop. Everything on the system working fine but from some days mine laptop not working at all. From last one week I am getting Bad image error while loading with windows and also when I open the program and application I get the Bad image error. Now I don’t what to do, can anyone suggest on this issue and so that I can solve mien issue. Please help me on this and thanks in advance.

First of all go through your issue on the safe mode and after that let me know the issue. To start the system on the safe mode you need to go through the below steps: if you turn on the system and after that close the all application and then reboot the system. While rebooting your system immediately start pressing the F8 key and while doing this you will get the advance boot menu. Now on the advance boot menu select the safe mode and after that once you start the system on the safe mode then let me know the issue.

Try to use the Last good configuration and after that let me know the issue. To do the Last good configuration you need to go through the following steps: first close the all application on your system and after that reboot the system. While rebooting your system hit or tap the F8 key. Now while doing this you will get the advance boot menu and under that select the Last good configuration and after that cli8ck on the next. Now once you complete the Last good configuration and after that let me know the issue.

Disable all the startup programs and after that let me know the issue. To do these make click on the start icon on the desktop and after that click ok the run. Now on the run type: msconfig and after that click on the ok button. Now you will get the system configure utility and under that go to the startup tab. Now on the startup tab make click on the disable all button on the bottom and after that click on the apply and after that hit the ok button. Now once you done and after that reboot the system and then let me know the issue.

As I think your system file have been corrupted and therefore your getting this issue and so I would like to suggest you to make system file checker on your system and so that you can solve your issue. To perform the system file checker on your system you need to go through the following steps: first close the all application on your system and after that make click on the start icon on the desktop and after that click on the urn. Now on the run type: cmd and after that click on the ok button. now you will get the command prompt and under that type the below command:

Sfc/scannow

Now once you done and after that you will get the successful message and then restart the system.
