AVG antivirus identify Win32/Heur Virus

Hello everyone I have installed the windows XP on mine system and I have also installed the AVG antivirus as well. Last night working on the system I have scanned mine system with AVG antivirus and while doing this mine AVG antivirus identify Win32/Heur Virus but it doesn’t remove mine virus. Now due to this mine system freezing randomly and Now I don’t what to do, can anyone suggest on this issue and so that I can solve mine issue. Please help me on this and thanks in advance.

The following steps will solve your issue and to do this you need to go through the following steps: first you need to turn of the system restore and to do this make right click on the computer and after that select the properties. Now n the properties go to the system restore button and after that click on that. Now click on the Turn off System Restore and after that click on the ok button. In the same way now turn on the system restore and after that go through your issue.

I would like to suggest you the following steps and after that go through your issue. to do this you need to go through the following steps: first make click on the start icon and after that click on the run. Now on the run type regedit and after that hit the ok button. Now you will get the registry editor go to the following location:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Win32/Heur3
Now here make right click on the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Win32/Heur and after that select the delete. Now once you done and after that restart your system and then go through your system.

I would like to suggest search for the file named Win32/Heur and after that remove this. To do these go to the start and after that click on the search. Now on the search type Win32/Heur and hit the ok button. While searching for the file make sure that you have unhide all files. Now once you done and after that you will get the result and under that delete the all file related to Win32/Heur and after that restart your system and after that go through you issue. I would like to suggest you to perform the system file checker and after that let me know the issue. to do this you need to go through the following steps: first make click on the start and after click on the run. Now on the run type CMD and after that click on the ok button. Now you will get the command prompt and under that type the below:

Sfc/scannow

Now once you done this and after that restart your system and then go through your issue.

I have faced the same issue and to solve this issue I have uninstall the AVG antivirus and after that installed again and after that I have solved mine issue. To uninstall the AVG antivirus make click on the start and after that click on the control panel. now on the control panel make click on the add/remove program. Now on the add/remove program locate to the AVG antivirus and after that make click on that and then select the uninstall. Now once you done and after that restart your system and after that install it once again and after that go through your issue.
