How to remove sqlite3.dll malware

Hello everyone I have installed the windows XP on mine system and everything on the system working fine but from last one week I have issue on mine system and that is malware. From last one week I am trying to remove the zyxell9fileave.com/sqlite.dll file but I am not able to delete this file. I have tried the lots of time to delete this file but none of them helped me to solve mine issue and I have found that it malware. Can anyone help me to remove the sqlite3.dll malware and so that I can solve mine issue. Please help me on this and thanks in advance.
