Re: Troubleshooting virus infected BIOS

I think BIOS not get infected by the Virus and I think your system infected by the virus and I would like to suggest you to make scan on your system and after that go through your issue. There is lots of way to scan your system, for instance you can make scan through antivirus which you have installed and also you can scan your system through online scanning. Go through this anyone option and after that make scan on your system and after that let me know the issue.

Re: Troubleshooting virus infected BIOS

I would like to suggest you to repair your OS and after that let me know the issue. to repair your OS you need to have installation CD or DVD of the operating system. First insert the installation CD on your CD-ROM and after that reboot your system. When you doing this you will get the prompt to enter the any key o boot your DVD or CD and after that hit any key and then give the sufficient information and after that select the next. Now once you done and after that click on the repair address and after that go through your issue. I hope so this will help you to solve your issue.
