I would like to recommend you that you should first of all you should restart the computer. Because I think that the computer is booting inside the windows, I think that you should turn the power on/off button. After that the computer is turned on. I think that the windows should show that the computer is not booted properly. And then a option screen will open and in that option screen there will be an option of booting the windows in safe mode. I hope that this will help you in solving the problem.

I would like to recommend you that you should use a fake antivirus in this you will get a pop up message that starts scanning the pc while you are surfing on the internet and the only thing you have to do is to reboot the PC you don’t have to touch any of the part of the pop-up and if you touch then it will be gone. If you click on the popup message then it will be a big problem to you. This will register into your account. And to remove this it will take large problem.

While I was surfing on the internet I saw the questions and the suggestions given to you the suggestions are quite systematic but I would like to recommend you that you should use an antivirus and then you should boot the PC using a CD of vista and then press the F8 key. I hope that this will help you in solving the problem and understanding the problem that is going with your computer.
